We require 5%, 10% to 20% down with good credit, 25% to 30% down with other credit, subject to underwriting guidelines (we try to be flexible).

With a seller 2nd, usually 0% down.  Much depends on the credit and financial strength of borrower.

Down payment may be a hypothication of a C.D., Stocks, Bonds, etc. 

Maryland Lot Loan Rates are generally tied to Prime Rate and based on credit and downpayment (if any).

Terms from 1 to 15,  or even 30 years , fully amortizing or interest only.

Lot must have an approved perc test or public sewer/ water available.

We require proof from county or health department that lot can be built upon.
